What are all of the different drivers that work in the ufonken design? I mostly see information about the ff85k's but I don't see them for sale anywhere! Do the cheaperark audio drivers work.

The original used the FF85k, the updated uFonkenWK uses the current FF85wk and is a bit better. There is also a uFonkenSET that squeezes a bit more out of this superb driver.
With any other driver you would need to start over with the design -- at a minimum the venting would change, but there could well be a change in volume as well.

Thats more or less what I was thinking... Is there a place to get the FF85K anymore or will I have to change the enclosure for the FF85WK. I want the smallest of all the 'fonken's.'
There is only upside to the new FF85wk (Madiosund or the tarted up FF85wKeN from me -- the latter the most heavily consimed driver internally). Plans for the revised uFonken ar ehere: Frugal-phile | Box Library / Fostex

As Dave noted, in spite of some initial trepidation upon hearing about the complete revamping of the FE/FF series- a couple of years ago now - AFAIC, Fostex hit a home run with these. There may be some FF85Ks to be found on the used market, but I can't see any downside the the new series.
