I'm trying to understand the strange format of this 1990 ufo from Portugal, that made the news. Is not a ballon or anything like it and at the time there where no experiments with any types of drones. Maybe you guys saw something like it before, maybe a model, as Ear Wax said about Philips PS9?! Is that a joke? What's that?🙂
