Just hooking up a ucd250lp module for the first time and can't get it to turn on. On looking at the manual I see it notes that pin 7 when pulled low will turn it on.
I'm not quite sure what that means, do I connect pin 7 to one sidenof the +/- rail to turn it on? It mentions a logical output or open collector but I have no idea what that is.
