UcD 700 PSU Voltage

Say, I haven't use for 700W, but purchased UcD 700 modules for their better specs and reputed performance. Will the performance of this module be diminished by using a 60VDC power supply?

The datasheet gives 75 V for a minimum "recommended operating conditions"

Any thoughts on this LC? Power supply requirements are easier to meet at a lower voltage.
