UCC3895 tosc calculation

Hello ,can somebody help me please with calculation of tOSC (frequency) if i use RT=100k and CT=550pF. Formula in attached photo! Thank you in advance!

Basic math. Hard part is keeping track of the decimal points. A good understanding of Engineering Notation (like Scientific Notation but working 3 zeros at a time) is a great help. I used to do these on the slide rule, spilling decimals all over the floor. A TI-30 calculator is about $9. Windows7 CALC does not do EE? Get an app.
