When a signal is applied to this amp T200 and T201 is generating sound like a tweeter.I tried this amp on a sub speaker and i can hear the tweet sound in the background of the music being played.

On U2 with the black probe on leg 3 and the red on leg 1, measure the frequency. It should be about 80kHz.
It should not matter if there is audio input or not. 95K is OK if it remains there at all times. I wanted to make sure that the frequency wasn't down into the audible range.

The test point is the output of the triangle wave generator. It should have output whenever the amp is on.

I think there may be a problem with your scope. This is the second amp that appears to be operating at too high a frequency. It appears to be off by about a factor of 10.
