Turn off pop

I have a dc audio 7k that pops when it shuts down. Any ideas what is causing this?

Is the relay opening immediately when the remote voltage is removed?

Yes the relay clicks off at the same time as the pop. I dont have it in front of me right now for a pic

Clicking and opening isn't the same. The contacts could be welded.

The timing is critical. Does the relay open precisely when remote voltage is removed?
