The other day I had been testing out a friends amp to test functionality. After I was done I was hooking my amp back up and forgot to disconnect the power from the battery while I was hooking it up. The power came loose from the amp and hit the ground which was already connected. The fuse between the amp and bat. blew, and I replaced it. Sense then the amp will not power on. No light, no safetymode, no fans, nothing. Here is a list of troubleshooting I have done so far.
-Tested all my cables (Remote, Changing the ground, power is hot, ect.) Hooked up a different amp and it powered on.
- Checked fuses on actual amp, look fine and tested with a multimeter.
- Used a multimeter and put the negative to the ground of the amp and possitive to the power (gave a reading) but when I move the possitive over to the remote I don't get a reading, but I am not sure if it is suppose to.
- Disassembled the amp, and could not physically see anything out of place or fried. I'll post some pictures because I am new at this so who knows if you guys can see something I can't.
Used the multimeter to test if the transistors had blown. They all gave me a reading but like I said, Im new at this and could only realy test to make sure none of them were open/blown. I'm not experienced enough to tell if the numbers mean anything.
That is where I'm at. Im looking for ideas/ past experience/ advice... any kind of help at all.

Power up the amp and measure the DC voltage on all 16 pins of IC1. Place the black meter probe on the ground terminal of the amplifier. Copy and paste the list below when you post the voltages.

Im assuming th IC is the big black square in the middle? And what setting do I put my mulitmeter on to read the propper voltage?
After scrounging through the forum archives and using all sorts of keywords I found a post of guy who had the same amp and ended up havin the same problem. A tiny ground connection on the board had popped and needed soldered. You happened to be the same guy who helped him on that deal! Thanks for your help and Im sorry I couldnt find that post sooner.

Okay sorry to beat a dead horse, but my amp is doing the same thing exactly as the guy aboves and i cant help but think its the same issue.. What ground was it that u had to solder?
