I plan to order one today but, I could sure use some input on which one would probably perform the best. I mainly want it for music but, will use once in a while for a movie or two. All help will be appreciated and maybe I can get one ordered today. Thanks! 🙂

difference is sealed vs ported?
indoors use? -> sealed and please put in in a corner, facing the wall will give the tightest or most musical bass.
Use a low cut/high pass on the main speakers.

They are for indoor use I think, both subs are ported The Klipch has a slot port at bottom. here are my mains https://www.bestbuy.com/site/klipsc...-black-titanium-color/6781324.p?skuId=6781324 My room is 11 feet by 20

The Klipch is 15" and also slot ported at the bottom front so, I assume it would have the most output level but, I think the svs has a better amp.
Both are vented, with about equal cabinet size, amplifier power and claimed low frequency extension. There is no cheating on Hofmann's law, so both will have roughly the same output capability. The only significant difference I see is that the SVS offers a three band parametric equalizer. Equalization is important for subwoofers, meaning the SVS has the advantage.

TS changed the SVS SB-2000 Pro Subwoofer | 12-inch Driver | 550 Watts RMS (which I guess is sealed) to the Klipsch in the opening post.
