Triode Emulator: calculations

Hi,

I've been trying to do the calculations in Dimitri's paper.

But I'm always getting the value (2 times Dimitris's value)

Rs=1.66*Vp/Idss instead of

Rs=0.83*Vp/Idss.

Did anyone tried to repeat the calculations in that paper? Any comments?

I forgot that Vp was negative! 😉
