Transistor, can you inform prices?

A friend is offering me good quantity of transistors, but i am interested in only some of them.

Can you inform the price in dolares please, do not need to be precise, just one idea of the price range will be enougth to me.

MJ15004 and MJ15003
MJE2955 and MJE3055
MJL21193
2N3055 and 2N2955
TIP142 and TIP145

I already have some samples that i bougth from my friend.

Also i check the Internet prices and i went out to local stores to see how is those prices here in my town.

2N3055 we can have the Toshiba fake one, the red Label one , 3 for one dollar.

Brazilian SID 2N3055 are costing one dollar
RCA 2N3055 are costing one dolar and 20 cents

I think my local prices are good...but those transistors sometimes made me suspect they are fake units.

Well, i will see them burning.... at least paying small prices to my friend...i paid him the local store price.

Easy Amp, transistorm and Enzo, i was shocked with the IRF100,

The IRF240 and IRFP450.... the IRF240 was costing 7 dollares!!!

2n3055 -- $0.82 to $1.46

jackingj, it is hard here to have price informs...we have inflation, 1 to 2 percent..

1 or 2 percent inflation each month turns prices variable...this way, no list!, no price list... and not a reference or correction indexes to use.

Also i could find hard to find those informs in the internet.

But could feel that prices are almost the same... as 100 percent variation is not too big for us, brazilians, as we had 80 percent inflation each month in the eigthies....The hundred dollares Videocassete costing 100 dolares in the month beginning were changed to 180 when the month are ending...this way, a inflactionary culture is already inside our minds....

I found a MJ15004 for twice the standard price, in one shop.

I thank you Jackinj... good to know.... i am trying to discover those toys....let i remember.....hummm...LM3885 i suppose.... to compare to brazilian prices.

Epupa, NO!...it is not a tragedy.... i am turning flexible!.... trying to find FET (the big damn monster!...hehe)... this is the first step to make those Pass circuits....not happy with Pass. He said that never compare his amplifiers with JLH...hummmm, Me Bad!...me indian!...hummmm!... this no good for me....hummmm, will not smoke peace pipe!

This seems i am not afraid of FETs anymore, they shall not bit me!

mj15003 from allied $2.77, from digikey $3.78, from arrow $2.72 --- onsemi
mje2955 from allied $.71, from digikey $1.01, from arrow $.41 --- onsemi
2n3055 from allied $1.46, from digikey $2.10 from arrow $.86 --- st micro
tip142 from allied $2.10, from digikey $2.45 from arrow $1.50 --- onsemi

Looks like arrow has the best price's for single unit prices, I did no multiple comparison.

That i can find same price here...but not easy to beat those prices you informed.

I think those prices are really fair.
