can somebody tell me what transformer power do i need for 4xTDA7293(two bridged, 1left+1right)(about 300w???). I have 100VA/2x30V EI Transformer but I think thats too small? i will use 6caps 4700uF/63V (3 for + 3for -). Can tda 7293 work normal whit +-45V (2x30V EI Transformer)
Hi,
if you expect to get 150W + 150W from the pair of bridged amps then you should aim for about 500VA (1.5times output power) to support this output power.
If the speakers are 8ohm then peak current into the load is 6.1Apk and I usually recommend +-2 to 3mF/Apk. This equates to +-12mF to +-18mF per channel. But you have 4amps driving this lot so you need 8 times 12mF to 18mF that's a total of 96mF to 144mF. (about 20 to 30 * 4700uF not 6)
or do you want to down grade your ambitions a bit?
