Transformer cover install order?

I have this transformer cover from antek, AS-3218, for a new f6 build. Is this installation order correct?
cover with rubber pad in it -> transformer, wires facing the open end -> rubber pad -> retaining nut -> rubber pad -> bolt through the chassis base plate into the transformer cover.

That's exactly how I did mine. Been working fine for over a year. Had the same cover from Antek.
