Me too!! I need it for fixing the amp. Something wrong happens to the supply part with 2sk3590 and tnd501, but I really don't know how it works.

I tried to replace 2sk3590 with alternatives, but they blown up immediatly when I turned on the amp. I'm worry about tnd501 ( half bridge driver by sanyo) because it's an obsolete component.

Hm, The AH500/6 isn't the "same" as the /7 I'm afraid.
The outputs are different to the one you mentioned.
Have a look at the schematic attached.
Some later power stages are very similar.
What alternatives did you use?
Use a light bulb in the AC circuit to reduce a possible short circuit current.

You're right. I think that outputs are buz90X.
2sk3590 are mosfets used for regulate something in the power supply, I think.
For replacing them, I used IPP200n25n3.
The light bulb is a good idea!!
