Toslink / SPDIF to I2S

I'm having a Toslink out on my TV and would like to dmux the singal to I2S. Any suggestions what to use for that task? I was looking at a board with a DIR9001 IC but I'm not sure if it would do a good job or not. Here is the link to DIR9001 based board.

I bought this SPDIF/USB to I2S board, haven't tried it yet.

DIR9001 would work just fine. The only downside - it works only up 96kHz.
