I have sorted out mosfets.
There are some octets, quartets ,pairs, unmatched left.
There are not many matched pairs found that 2sk2013 are around 2.1v and 2sj313 are around 1.96v.
Also JPY-USD rate changed a lot in this month
so I would like to sell
