The end is in sight for the development and release of our LDR3B Balanced Passive Preamp. 😀

We've settled on a final configuration of 2 balanced inputs/outputs plus 1 unbalanced input/output. The unbalanced input is upverted (new word!) to balanced via transformers and attenuated similar to the other 2 balanced inputs. Similarly, the output signal is downverted to an unbalanced output for the 1 unbalanced RCA output, also via transformers.

There will be follow-on variations on this design including a fully unbalanced 3 input/2 output version that will replace our original LDR1/6 line of passive preamps.
