I would like to know your impressions about all three tiny amps. I am planning to use one of them since they can deliver it´s power at +5 volts. However, I would like to know if someone has tried any of them. My main concern is if it could deliver the power of a TDA2003, running at +12 volts, with an 8-ohm speaker. i think you will be dissapointed with it, it hink it would be used for something like built in speakers on a laptop or monitor, toys, or a cheap clock radio.
the TDA although not great is a lot better then those tiny amps (well the LM4871 is the one i know about maybe the others are better?)

In fact I am planning to use them for a low-quality audio application to provide pre-recorded sounds at 5 KHz sampled frequency for robotics experimentation, so it fit well the single supply +5 volt requirement.
At present I am using a TDA2003 with +12 volts supply and 8 ohms speaker, which accrodingly to the datasheet should provide 2 watts of power.
I am wondering if it will be too much difference in power output from 2 watts to 1.3 watts (and of course it is not a critical application, but I do not want to sound it like a little LM386).

I have used this SSM2211 and i should say that i was very much dissapointed with the start-up current it takes. Also its efficiency is rated somewhere around 75% (Please check it). If you dont have any concerns about using a class D amp, then i suggest u go for a TPA2005. It also delivers around 1W power and is much better.
