Hello everyone,
Primers say that the fact that a tighter box raises the resonance frequency of a speaker may be profitably used in designing a separate housing for the midrange. But how tighter or smaller?
I have a pair of midranges resonating at 95Hz. I want to use them in a configuration in which I have a central woofer (a L+R reproducing below 200Hz) and two side boxes consisting of mid and tweeter speakers.
Any advise on how smaller a box can be in this case?
