(the time we open) until we close at 1:00 P.M. We will then re-open at 2:00 P.M. with all items discounted to 50% off marked price.

Remember that sales tax will be collected if you do not provide a valid California Resale Permit Number.
No early sales. (Meaning not before we open on Saturday morning.)
First come first serve.
We may open a little early (20 or 30 minutes at the most) if there are more people waiting to get in than the warehouse may accommodate.
You will find a “SOLD ITEMS AREA” near the cashiers window. Any items that you are 100% sure about buying, you may place in this designated area with your name and telephone number affixed to the item. If the items do not have a name AND TELEPHONE NUMBER affixed to them, they will be put back out for sale immediately.
Please do not remove price tags from any items. If you wish to buy an item, notify our staff and place a “sold “ sticker (with your name and telephone number on it) to the desired item. All sold stickers must have a telephone number, if they do not, the item will not be considered sold. Do not put a sold sticker on any item that you are not 100% sure about buying.
Please remember that all items are sold AS-IS with NO RETURNS. We are a true liquidation company and have no way to credit or reimburse customers as the consignors are paid immediately after the sale.
There will be a portable restroom in front of the building.
The entire warehouse (inside and out) is under 24 hour video monitoring and recording. If you are not okay with being recorded on video, please do not attend the sale. The warehouse is also fully alarmed with the latest technology.
