Basically I looking for some advice on Class B, just wondered the advantages and disadvantages really, I'm looking to use this type of transistor packaging too if possible for the design of chassis I have in mind.
Wondered if the price is more or if I can gain better quality from this.
I'm looking for a 2 channel design at 50Wrms each.

You mean of course Class AB. 90% of all amps are AB.
Nobody does Class B. Because of the crossover distortion.
Actually any Class AB can be driven like Class B.
But usually nobody wants it.
So, we put a bit of current so output transistors runs at like 50 mA, even without signal.
This easy detail improves performance a lot.

You can adjust a typical class AB amp to pure class B but you _will_ return it to AB as is sounds bad in B.
Of course if you closely examine the old Phase Linear 400 and 700 amplifier, the output devices technically ran in class C with the class AB drivers filling in the crossover area.
