Thermal resistance of L-profile

Hi,

I've got this long aluminium L-profile, and wonder if it's usable for mounting TO-3 transistors. It's 30x30mm and only 2mm thick. What would the thermal resistance of a 95mm long pice of this be? Does anyone have a formula for this?
