I would have to answer: my lateral mosfet amp with jfet input, my p channel mosfet amp and onaudio's symef amp.
Being an old-timer, I would have to say that the Leach low-TIM amp from the Audio Magazine articles of the late 1970s comes to mind.

My vote goes to the Leach amp.
It makes music and is virtually unbreakable. I'd tried many different amps before I built the Leach, but once that was going it stayed in my system for >10 years. Perhaps not the last word in dynamics, detail and transparency (presumably at least partly due to higher than average THD by today's standards), but it never grates on the ears and the top end has a certain "give" that sounds very natural.
PS I was very sad to learn that Prof. Leach passed away a few years back. His website still appears to be up: Leach Amp Plans - Part 1
