That was a template out of MDF.
I used a tracer bit for this baltic birch.

I mad a jig to work on the bend. It was a pisser.
I eventually had to cut relief slots.
I even steamed this in my shower. wouldn't keep a bend.

Now on to the support poles.
I attached a u rod to the wall with the router attached, to make an arc for a 9' focused array.
