Would this be good woofer for 3-way? I would use about 450 Hz crossover. What is 2,83V 1m sensitivity at 100 Hz?
There is a datasheet on the Thomann website. Approx. 94 dB / 1 m. It depends on the application whether it is a good woofer. Probably not for hi-fi as it will not produce deep bass.

There is no free lunch. You can have only 2 out of 3 between high spl, deep bass and small volume. Usually PA woofers tend to favor high spl and small volume, whereas HiFi ones tend to favor deep bass.
This one is something in between as with a 35L box tuned in the lower 40s can reach a -6dB point at around 45Hz or something less, while having an SPL of roughly 93dB/2.83V (so says Unibox). Unfortunately no xmax info, something to ponder on.

For my need it goes low enough for hi-fi. I hope low sensitivity 🙂 to match not so expensive midwoofers. For example these:
