Oof, that might be difficult these days to find. I remember CBS had one that had the dropouts and such, I think it was called CD-1?
There was another company. Can't remember the name, that was the SOP back in the early CD days. I had one but sold it probably 30 years ago.
You could even see the missing spots on the disk.
Most of that disappeared as CD players got very good and CD manufacturing got very very good.

https://www.discogs.com/release/843...ts-Numeriques-106-Digital-Tests-DemonstrationThe Pierre Verany test disk linked above has drop-out tests. It is available on ebay but is expensive. The CBS test CD did not have dropout tests.
I have a recollection that the early Philips CD service manuals had instructions on how to make a test CD for dropouts etc. Download a few from the web and spend a couple of hours looking trough them.
That's the one. I think I tossed mine, but if it is out there, got to finance my new speakers somehow!
Philips sold a test disc with drop-outs, their part number 4822 397 30096. I have not seen instructions to make your own test disc and doubt it is possible to do with any accuracy.
