I found a Tektronix 5441 with a 5L4N analyzer module (two modules), the third module space is empty, can it work like this? The instrument has been standing still for many years, some advice before turning it on.
Yes, it would be a very good combination for LF work, such as audio - wish I had one myself. As for bringing it up, I would do so through a dim-bulb or variac. An excellent place for questions on this would be either the TekScopes or TekScopes2 groups at https://groups.io/

I have a 5441 and various plug-ins and I found that the bead Tantalum bypass capacitors may "wake up" shorted after being unpowered for a long time. I don't recall it happening in the mainframe but mostly the plug-ins. One plug-in that did fail however took out a carbon comp resistor in the mainframe.
I just powered the 5441 and an old Tek 465 a couple of days ago just to check them.
The Variac or dim-bulb suggestion is a very good one indeed.

I have fed the unit with the variac in several steps, now the unit has turned on, fan ok, screen lights up green but no trace, even pressing beem finder I see nothing. I also connected an in signal and checked out to the "video out" but there is no good signal.
You might want to add a Tektronix 5A22N to the list of vertical amplifiers for your 5441. It's a wonderful little differential amplifier with adjustable bandwidth, low noise. Tek also made a curve tracer plug in, the 5CT21N for low power transistors. See the Tek WIKI https://w140.com/tekwiki/wiki/Main_Page#Plug-Ins_3
The 5xxx series scopes were slow, but perfectly suitable for audio work. I have a 5223
