Actually was not even thinking of going down to a 3.5" the specs and claims and some of the builder opinions have me thinking about getting a couple and do a small box near-field speaker , and yes I read all available on this in the forum.

Sealed Volume 0.1 ft.³ Sealed F3 84 Hz
Vented Volume0.2 ft.³Vented F3 50 Hz

Is this for real or a gimmick type technology ? even in a sealed box of basically no size will give 87 hz .

I am a sucker for bold claims for example I used Acoustical Magic Borosilicate Paint in the 80s and 90s on the inside of all cabinets I built ...lol

and this is what hooked me , for real ? or BS ?

For audio applications that require extended frequency response, and superior off-axis response in a small form factor, choose the Tectonic Elements TEBM65C20F-8 3-1/2" full-range transducer. Nearly all of the audio in the pass band of the driver is available up to 100° off-axis.

If anyone has used this unit please chime-in and let us know your impressions of it's performance

Wonder if it is available or going to be available in 4" 4.5" or 5"

No, BMRs are not a gimmick, but you generally get what you pay for. This is a cheap driver; response & distortion levels last I checked were not distinguished, while sensitivity is miserable, even for a 3 - 3 1/2in unit. As I mentioned in one of the other threads you started (why another one for this unit?), EBP means little / nothing. As in this case. No reasonable type of reflex alignment is available given the high Q; with sealed best you can manage is a slightly peaking Qtc = Qts. A damped TL tuned to F0 or slightly below would be an alternative. Overall, it offers no advantage I can think of compared to the Vifa TC9 at roughly the same price.
