Greetings,
I have a new to me Technics SU-7700 that I would like to get going. Right now when I power it up with my inline bulb, the speaker protection relay does not click on. I removed the relay cover and manually engaged the relay for a second while a speaker was hooked up to the output and the cone sucked in a lot, but my input was playing just fine. This happens on both channels. Is this a DC offset issue or something else? I am genuinely curious of what the issue is.
I took out the boards/transformer/heatsink with transistors and have them lying on my bench on an antistatic mat to better troubleshoot my issue. I have done a visual inspection of the boards.

Yes, that is a serious DC offset. Possibly a supply missing.
