I would like to build a this kind of Tripath stereo amp for private purposes, but I do not have enough knowledge and time to design my own PCB. Please help if you can.
You could check out Tripath's site. There is all the info you could need to build your own or perhaps purchase one of their evaluation boards, it's not cheap but not that expensive either. Check out the link at the right side of this page:

Hi all, as Tripath recently banktupted and their website is no longer available and chips became obsolete, I just thought if someone would want to build a TDA2500-based amp, I might help. I am attaching here a TDA2500 reference board PDF, originally from Tripath website, and more importantly, there are also gerber files of this board, which were not published on their website (although, obviously you need them to make the board. I gathered those from Tripath tech support in 2005 or so).

I know this is a long shot, but is there any interest in a very small group buy for the RA-2500 IC?
There would need to be a minimum of 5 pieces ordered to make it worth while. I might order for two myself, so we only need three more pieces ordered for a quantity discount. An order for 15 peices would be even better, but I doubt there is that much interest.
ProfusionPLC charges $133.20 for a single IC, $100 for quantities of 5-14, and $88.80 for 15+. There is a shipping charge of $49 that would be divided between all participants plus a small (re)shipping charge to be calculated on an individual basis.
