Where can I buy the TDA 1543 in Europe ?

This DAC is very common, my local supplier has it (at otrageous price, 4 euro 😡 ), but if you don't find it in Norway you can join the Schuro-Reichelt group buy (see in trading post).
At Reichelt it costs about 0.7 euro...

The one Reichelt has is 1543N, is this the same as the 1543 we usually use, with I2S? Would be stupid to end up with a bunch of useless ICs.
