Are they a credible source? I have to get some of the old sj162 and complement possibly for a rebuild. Don't really want to add another link in the chain switching the pin out.

It's a commonly faked part. I'd be very careful. I like Tayda but I am highly skeptical of the authenticity of some of their products. Anyone got proof that they're selling real parts?
They are real..
I have tested the parts I got from them on a curve tracer.
They preformed as LatFet should.
Their N-P transconductance don`t perfectly match but batches were tight, VGS-off was nearly identical.
