I'll want to build my own TAS5630B amplifier for 2x300Wats and don't want to use more than one side board, it is posible or imposible ? Are Ther anyone who it is testing or have some versions in eagle ?
And can I use some simple switch (jumpers, switch) to switching between 1x600W and 2x300W or it is imposible ?

Nope.....
2 layers minimum, look at 10.1 in data sheet, unbroken ground plane......... critical to the design.
