After replacing driver ic and PS FETs the transformer is squealing really bad.If I install just one FET per bank there is no squealing.Twist and turn not making a difference.

Judging by how many audio mosfets you have, I'd say this isn't a full bridge, so it's a small taramps.
If I understand what model it is, IRF1404 is not necessary, indeed 3 per bench are very heavy, try to install irf3205.

When I encounter this issue of transformer squealing I use a non conductive probe to push on and move the individual windings until I find which one changes the sound. Then I try to get it a quiet as possible and put some goop silicone in that area and let it dry.
So i have no electronic problem here.?
I pull the rectifiers for less load but no change.

1404s is what I go back with if I have them in stock.
It’s possible that there “may” be an issue with the transformer, but that should reveal itself as you are working on the transformer to stop the squealing. If it’s not blowing FETs or other components then transformer is probably okay.
