Not exactly only the screen S6 is connected to the chassis...
The others are RCA in and out but insulated from the chassis
Use models like those, good quality teflon insulated :

Pin 6 is the shield of the transformer.... and the screen between primary and secondary -> You must connect it to the chassis
It's to avoid incoming of RF frequencies into the chassis or the transformer.
The chassis is like a faraday cage.
