I did a replaced all 4 2SC3264 transisters hooked up to lihtbulb to test to make sure ok. worked for about 10min with sound oing through it.
Took out lightbulb and instant 1 of the 2sc3264 blew with r22 blew also.
could be coincedence nd got a bad part.
would like some other opinions.

You didn't happen to measure bias levels before it blew up, did you? (voltage across R29-32) Overbias could cause something like this. Make sure there are no bad solder joints on Q3 and R10 in particular.
Otherwise, yeah, maybe a counterfeit part. Got a dremel?

From the picture you might have removed some of the feed through's in the board when you removed the transistors. Make sure that there is solder on both sides of the board when you replace them again. (solder the topside if it is not there after you solder the bottom).

You are correct. good catch!!!. I figured it was just for extra support. Now that you mention it I feel stupid. Ill give it a shot. I always order extra parts so I have them
