Supersharp 300mm

I just recieved this 300mm SuperSharp lense today. It is for large format photography and says it can be used for prints up to 20"x20" and still have sharp corners. Tell me what you think. I picked it up for $100 on ebay.

More Lense

I will be using this with a 15.4" WUXGA (Should arrive sometime this week, bought off ebay). Not sure when to expect Controller for it from minoten.

I plan to buy a couple of 330mm 395mmX395mm fresnels off of 3d lens. I know people like to match the focal distance fairly closely and I assume a 3cm difference will not be a bad match at all eh?

perfect

A 330 mm fl fresnel is just about perfect for a 300 mm fl projection lens. The projection lens ends up further from the LCD than its focal length, if your screen is closer than the moon!

You can figure out the LCD to lens distance for your throw distance:

1/300 mm = 1/LCD to lens mm + 1/lens to screen mm
