If you bought a copy of the SuperCables CookBook in the last few years you would have most likely been rather disappointed with the picture quality. For this we apologise but until now had no solution, as a (past) printer LOST our master copy and we had to photocopy from the last remaining copy.
After a huge amount of revision work, we have just received the first copies of the revised Edition 3, with vastly improved picture quality, as well as 35 pages of the latest cable designs, both interconnect and speaker cable.
This 3rd Edition is now available from our website On-Line shop - but if you did get an inferior copy then please email me for a special offer.

How are the pictures in the preamp cookbook? I was recently at a friend's house and heard his diy fvp and was blown away. Now I need to build one for myself.
There are no pictures as such in the TPCB, as it's all schematics etc. They have always been OK.
Good success with scratch building a FVP-5A, do you realise we offer the production version, the SVP-2, as a full kit? Chassis, knobs, pcb, all parts etc etc. Exactly like a factory one at half price!

Thanks. I didn't know that, but that kind of money is out of my league. I'm actually going to try and do the balanced version RTP. Probably a year long adventure anyhow.

OK, but doing it properly will also be expensive.
If you are serious about building an RTP3D, and you are invited to do so as a home constructor, we have the full kit manual available for 100 euro.
This gives you far more than just the published schematic, with of course the full schematic including powersupply, and the extra "housekepping" functions. And full circuit explaination.
And as the sound of any device is 50% powersupply and associated circuits, I feel it's more than worth it to build it right.
