Super Pro DAC 707 Voltage?

Does anyone have a DAC707 that they could test the DC voltage on the RCA outputs? I'm getting a absurdly high 9v on one of the channels. I'm using the newer DAC with USB inputs and a 24v power supply.

You should not get any DC on these outputs. I'm assuming DC on the outputs is blocked by the use of capacitors in a design of this price class. If so, the one in the offending channel has failed (shorted).
