I have a taste for corny european/german techno and industrial, I know I know, anyway.

Here is what I think might do the trick:

Drivers:
2x Focal Polyglass 136V's in the front doors along with 5.25" to 6" MDF spacers: FOCAL Polyglass 136V 2 WAY SEPARATE CAR SYSTEM SPEAKER PAIR NEW | eBay
2x Focal TN 45 tweeters on the front dashboard.
2x Kicker CompVT 6.5" subwoofers/woofers under the two front car seats.
2x Alpine 6.5" 2-way drivers on the rear parcel shelf, Model # 6660 (These are really just for show, they aren't wired up.)
1x 12" Yamaha home theatre subwoofer designed for a ported enclosure that I want to use a sealed enclosure with.

Amplifiers:
1x Alpine 3553 factory/premium amplifier that still runs great, has 4x channels but channels 3 & 4 have a pre-wired LPF in them that I cannot remove, so channels 3 & 4 are going to drive the two Kicker CompVT 6.5" Drivers underneath the front seats. (To power front Focal 2-way's (Channels 1 & 2) & Kicker CompVT subs under the front seats. (Channels 3 & 4 bridged))

1x mystery amplifier (To power two front midranges on front dashboard (Channels 1 & 2) & rear 12" Yamaha subwoofer (Channels 3 & 4 bridged)) : eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d?r

Other:
1x remote volume control: JL AUDIO FULL ACTIVE 2 CHANNEL REMOTE AUDIO VOLUME LEVEL CONTROL & LINE DRIVER | eBay

Audio path:
Multimedia player source -> Digital SPDIF cable to back of boot -> CS8412-CP Receiver -> TDA1543 DAC -> JL Audio remote volume control -> 2x 2-way Y-splitters -> Alpine 3553 Amplifier + Mystery Amplifier -> Speakers.

I don't have the money to fork out more than $200-$400 on a head unit that will give me a good quality DAC, so instead I'm going to use a "Hypnosis" TDA1543 dac kit off eBay: DIY Kit classical NOS DAC CS8412-CP + TDA1543 with PCB Gold | eBay

The Hypnosis will be put in the boot of the car along with a remote volume control circuit that will bring volume control of the DAC up to the front of the car, power for the DAC will come from two 6 volt lantern batteries wired in parallel and replaced periodically when they run down, then switching this DAC on and off remotely using a relay.

Now I've got a problem with finding a good sound processor/equalizer/crossover/bandpass filter, I have no idea what I am going to do for sound processing, I'm far too poor to afford anything decent like what Alpine has for sale, and frankly I think they're ripoff artists wanting $1500 just so I can have optical output from one of their head units...

My budget is basically restricted to a $200 limit on any one single item that I buy, I CAN save up for a $400 item but that takes a month so while I can do it I try to avoid it.

Also I've held off buying a Panasonic vacuum tube dual din headunit for the sake of the fact that I live in a high crime area and anything that is visible from outside of the car WILL get knocked off very fast.

So if anyone can go over this and see what you think could do with improvement while remaining within reason that would be great.
