I'm very glad the hum pots are accessible from the top.
I have a old style Sun Audio SV-300BE where you have to take the bottom plate off, turn the amp on its side, and adjust the pots with live voltage running though the amp. It's very inconvenient and potentially dangerous.
So I'm very happy that the pots can be adjusted from above.

From the test measurement : Emission Lab 45 tube is recommended .
The choice of the first stage is arbitrary and can be either 12AX7 or 12AT7.
Since AER has a very high efficiency, the gain of the amplifier should not be excessively high, so 12AT7 can also be selected.
For example, the 12AX7 version is similar to the gain of the SV-S1616D/300B, and the 12AT7 version is similar to the gain of the SV-128B.
You can decide which one is easier to use, and we think it is good to give customers a choice.
In order to lower the cost to make this project afforable, I must find way to cut cost. For sure, I will keep the best afforable components.
I found the cost to make the assembly maunal (same as EQ1616D, PRE1616D and SV1616D) is very high. This is why I only offer assembled verson in the first production.

I have been listening SV1645D for 5 hours.
