You'll need an active filter for the sharp low frequency cutoff. Anything passive will have a big impact on low frequency audio. Even so, it won't be very effective at removing the sub 20Hz rumble and warp noise.
If you have mutiple stages, you can adjust the output capacitor to a value to create a lowpas 6db filter at 12Hz. If there are 3 stages you get 18db lowpas/ rumble filter or even with 4 stages 24db rumble filter.
