Studer D730 - Plastic Tray broken :( Help please!

Hi, I need the plastic tray of Studer D730 because mine one is broken . I searched and searched , but I'm not a Pro , not sure where to look . Can any good man help with some idea / info where can I find black plastic CD tray for my much loved Studer D 730 ? Thank you ! Ana Meola :xeye:

Well......some 10 years later my suggestion is the same......can you glue it back together? A picture of the tray could tell us if this is likely to be possible.
Been there, done that 🙂

Player was poorly packed and mechanism wasn't locked. As a result, tray exploded... I had to reinforce an area from the underside with a bit of plastic (3rd photo)

I am attaching photo of broken tray.
Do you think that I can glue it back & manage?
Sorry for my ignorance, how do I remove this broken tray? I can open/access it from top or I need to open the machine?
Thank you for your feedback/assistance.

Compared to what I had to deal with, this is a very easy one.

It's not accessible from top, you have to open the player and dismantle completely the drive mechanism to remove the tray. You should get the Service Manual.
