I have a old Pioneer amplifier with STK4141II.
After STK replacement the quality of sound is weaker. I think is a fake!
Please help me to buy an original STK4141II or to find a good one for improve quality of amplifier!
I think Sanyo has stopped the production of 4141 and I'm ok with a second hand IC if the suppliers don't have old stocks.

I think I have one somewhere that I took out of a functioning amplifier. It is not fake. I will look for it later.
hi mate... I have STK4162II Check out if its any use and PM me. They are genuine products and brand new.
According to datasheets available on internet you have wright. These IC's are not pin to pin compatible.

This power amp is a quasi complementary design , wich is not surprising ,
but what is odd is that Sanyo didnt put emitter resistor to the power devices
as thermal tracking of the VBE multiplier can be quite efficient given the compact
implementation , but if ever the module start to heat and the heatspreader is
not big enough thermal runaway could appear and become unstoppable...

But sadly, turns out it was an STK4142 II...

I verified and 4241 is pin compatible with 4141. If the 4241 is a genuine product yes I need it. Can you tell me the price?
This days I received from Vitalica a 4241V. I will install soon the IC and after that I will tell you if I need it or not!
