Anyone had practically experience on STK3102-IV replacing with

STK3102-III. This pre-amp module is used in Marantz PM80-SE amp

As I noticed resistor PCB label number RN11 burnt in smoke can¡¯t read value any

more. IC TA7317P blown off too. I checked all other related component and

Voltages found almost okay. Since STK3102-IV is not available I replaced with

STK3102-III, TA7317P and RN11 with 15§Ù. But unfortunately no success.

No STK oscillation. In output stage the emitter-base junction¡¯s

resistors are okay.

An output device doesn¡¯t warm up.

Hm . Maybe the 100ohm resistor for one side of power rail of STK is burned . There are two of them for + & - PS rail. I is the only point where larger currents are in use.

The driver/output transistors are driven by STK and if it´s dead tere is no quescent current running .
