Amp has no output.I only see rail voltage on the low side FETs.Both signal coming in the input of the driver IC look the same but on the output pins the high signal don’t look good.Am seeing the same thing on the other side of the amp. Any suggestions?

The first picture of the drive signal does not look good. The second picture of the drive signal looks more normal but both pictures are showing some DC offset that shouldn’t be there.
Possible causes. Bad cap in the output section, bad or leaking output transistors, bad passive components around the output transistors or around the driver ICs. The driver IC could be electrically leaky. Check for resistors out of tolerance in the output section particularly around the output transistors and driver IC.
