SSR Speaker Protection BIG (mono)

For my new project 4 channel amplifier SA2015 (Bi-Amping) I will also make speakers protection with large mosfets in (TO247). These protections are usable up to 400W.

They work reliably in my SA2014 amplifier (400W/ 4Ohm).

If there will be at least 4 of us 10PCB, the price for 2 pcb is 11€ + shipping to your country. If 20 pcs are ordered, ...at least 9 people, the price for 2 pcb will be about 7€ + shipping. Within the EU shipping without tracking 5€ with tracking 10€.

Will this work on all amplifier power supply voltages?

@a007udio , schematic seems to indicate 12vdc supply.

@HRDSTL , what is the cutoff dc voltage? Did you run a FFT plot to check if it adds a lot distortion from the original signal? Just curious for the later because it usually does not add much.

The board can only be powered from an aux power supply 12 - 20V DC
