SPX29300 and conection to body

Its a LDO regulator and I messare 0ohm between ground a n the plate on the body.I cant find any thing in the data sheet.
Anuone know if it should be so?
Sorry should be SPX29301

Yes I have the one with 5 pins so its pin 3 to ground.
I started it and its now ergulating my filament to the tubes.
