Spirit Folio Notepad mixer by Soundcraft

Hi everyone I am new on this forum. I am requiring some guidance in the trouble shooting of a fault
I am experiencing on an old Spirit Folio Notepad mixer by Soundcraft - pc board revision 6. The issue is L and R peak led’s remain constantly on.
What could be causing this and a remedy ?

loss of ground reference.
remedy, careful visual inspection of all potential bad solder's that have failed due to mechanical shock and stress's

Is that all that is wrong? I mean does it work except the meters stay lit up? If you lose one of your 15v rails it can slam everything over to the other rail, which lights all your lights.

If it is just two stuck peak lights, I'd find the op amp that drives them.

Everything works ok with some slight hum.
