I'm looking for a 6GH8 model.

I already have 3F4, Duncan, Koren, Marshall, Pspice, but they may be older revs.
Also, I have a model for a simple 3 leaded pot, but would like a 4 or even 5 leaded tapped pot for loudness contour ckts

As its a triode and pentode there won't be. Best thing is to find something similar to the triode and something similar for the pentode and use those.
The pentode looks similar to a 6CB6 which is in the tube models. There may a better match. Hope this helps.

There are plenty of triode-pentode models, for example ECL86 and the likes, split in a triode and a tetrode model.
If close isn't good enough and there's no model you could look at creating your own.

Another option is to start with the 6EA8 model and somewhere on diyaudio there's a LTspice curve tracing program. Adjust the params until your happy with the fit from the datasheet.
